This project involves the construction of a two-storey house on a private 4 rai land in Phuket Town. The scope includes all necessary structural, electrical, plumbing, and finishing work to create a modern living space. The design will focus on contemporary aesthetics while ensuring functionality and comfort. The house will feature two sanitary points and will be connected to essential utilities such as power, water, sewer, and internet. Additionally, the project will incorporate smart-home technology and solar panels on the south side of the roof. Key features include a living area measuring 4.20m x 5.10m, three bedrooms, a loft, and a balcony, with a total built area of 11,100 sqm. The water connection point is located 12 meters away, and the sewage connection point is 20 meters away. The owner of the land and house is Khun Peter the Great. The soil condition beneath the house is clay, which may influence foundation design and construction methods. The stairs will be constructed using wood, adding to the modern aesthetic of the home. The footing design will utilize the cheapest option, which is a spread footing rather than piles. The roof will be constructed using CPAC materials, ensuring durability and quality. The walls will be made of lightweight AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) material, contributing to the overall modern design and efficiency of the house. The wall construction aligns with the project's modern design and efficiency goals.
