Additional requirements include plumbing for restrooms and drainage, electrical systems including wiring, fixtures, and a board, as well as a fire suppression system. The total area of the warehouse is 432 square meters, and the project is expected to be completed within 1-3 months. The warehouse will be used for storing furniture, ensuring that the design accommodates the specific needs for this type of goods. The site is characterized by clay soil, which may influence foundation design and drainage considerations. It has been clarified that there is no water tank nearby.
