This project involves the construction of a two-storey school featuring 10 classrooms, each measuring 9x7 meters, designed to accommodate educational needs and provide a conducive learning environment. The construction will include essential elements such as structural, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works. The site spans a large area of 6 Rai (approximately 1000 sqm), surrounded by greenery, and will also incorporate an air conditioning system. Additionally, a transformer and MDB will be designed due to the proximity of a high-voltage line, which is located 20 meters away from the site. Based on geotechnical investigations, a waffle slab foundation is recommended to ensure stability and support, with an excavation depth of 0.3 meters. Geological information has been provided in the attached report, detailing the site's suitability for construction. It is noted that there is no topographical information available for the site. The drainage system is located 100 meters away, and the necessary permits from rural roads have been obtained.
